It is our honey produced in the high plateaus of Kaçkar Mountain and its surroundings, at altitudes of 1800 - 2200 m, where hundreds of different types of flowers and endemic plant species are located.
- Our honey is raw honey, taken from the hive without any processing, and presented to you in a glass jar.
- It is produced in our own hives and under our control, in an atmosphere free from industrial pollution.
Raw Honey: Honey; It is honey taken as it is in the hive, without losing its natural enzymes and pollen, without being subjected to any intervention, chemical or filter processes.
What is Natural Crystallized Honey?: Depending on the endemic plant diversity in the flora where it is grown and the storage conditions, honey undergoes crystallization after a certain period of time, freezes and acquires the consistency of cream. It is a completely natural phenomenon and does not mean that the honey has spoiled.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our crystallized honey is naturally crystallized honey.
It has not been turned into cream using any machine.
